Why does the act of “saying no” tend to be such a struggle for most of us? Even when we know it’s for the best? Ugh. The human brain baffles me on the daily. E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E Oh the infamous (sometimes daunting) activity that we’re all too familiar with… As a kid, I could NOT spell that damn word to save my life. Always finding a way to add a random “Z” somewhere, and probably a few extra vowels too. Lord help me! (and my poor mom aka teacher) In our household, we’ve never been a big sports family, but we have managed to be a fairly active one!
