    We’re gonna start off today with a little exercise! (not the burpee kind, don’t worry) I want you to make a mental list… Note 5 things that you LOVE most in this world–GO!     E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E   Oh the infamous (sometimes daunting) activity that we’re all too familiar with… As a kid, I could NOT spell that damn word to save my life.
